The Department of Justice also mentioned that both the FBI and the Police Department of LA were investigating the matter.

In February 2019, there was a highly publicized case involving Lil Durk. The rapper faced several charges, including:
- Aggravated assault.
- Gang-related activities.
- Gun possession.
A shooting incident outside a club in Atlanta linked to this case allegedly involved the two rappers, Lil Durk and King Von, according to the prosecution.
Although the law enforcement officials alleged that they had enough proof to charge Lil Durk with the shooting, the District Attorney decided to drop the case.

The 2019 Atlanta Case (Conspiracy to Commit Murder)
One of the most significant allegations against Lil Durk was when he was charged and arrested for conspiracy to commit murder in 2019.
The cops alleged that Lil Durk and King Von were involved in a shooting outside an Atlanta nightclub. The allegations aside, the case was really emotionally heavy as witnesses alleged that Lil Durk fired the gun that caused the death of a person.
Nevertheless, as in the majority of his cases, the charges were dropped against him after the judge ruled that the evidence presented was not sufficient.
